Allows adult hockey players 18 & over to improve their skills through training clinics, chalk talk lectures, and controlled scrimmages as well as play co-ed recreational hockey games with coaches and officials. Two teams, maximum of 15 skaters/team, 1 goalie/team. No checking. Full slapshot. USA Hockey rules. Coaches explain rules throughout the season. Once a week includes clinics, controlled scrimmages, lectures and games. Jersey included.

Women's Instructional Hockey Leagues (WIHL)

Allows women hockey players 14 & over to improve their skills through training clinics and controlled scrimmages as well as play recreational hockey games with coaches and officials. Ideal for adult women with some playing experience, but with limited coaching. Two teams, maximum of 15 skaters/team, 1 goalie/team. No Checking. Full Slapshot. USA Hockey rules. Coaches will explain throughout the season. 8 sessions, 90 minutes each-includes clinics, controlled scrimmages, and games. Jersey included.

Adult hockey players wanting to develop their individual skills, including puck control, passing, skating, scoring and mobility will benefit from this class on the small ice at Leddy Park Arena. Designed for all levels of current hockey players, men and women, ages 16 and up. There will be an emphasis on developing motor memory through skill repetition, correction of mechanical errors and the modeling of technical correctness with an application of new skills in drills of increasing complexity and game-style activities.
