This is where the best players gather to enjoy the game of hockey, to play with the top talent in the region, in the most competitive league of the off-season. While the bulk of your time is spent on non-hockey activities during the summer, it is important to maintain your skating quickness and your hockey sense. The best way to do this is to play regularly with the best players around. Our AAA league gives you that chance, but only if you can make the grade.

To play with the best, you must be invited or nominated. We select the top 96 players from all applications submitted by May 31. If you currrently play hockey professionally or in a NCAA varsity program, you are automatically eligible to participate. Your application serves as your nomination. Former players at the pro, college, or junior level are asked to submit an application and hockey resume. Interested junior level, prep school, college club, and high school seniors & juniors may submit an application accompanied with a letter of nomination from their current coach.

The Season: June 25 through July 30, 2007. Three 15 minute stop time periods to a maximum 90 minute game time. NCAA rules. Maximum of 15 skaters per team. Minimum player age 16.

Exposure: Scouts know about Full Stride's AAA summer hockey league. Staff from hockey programs at UVM, St, Michael's College, Middlebury College and Utica College have scouted and recruited players from our league, as have several junior hockey clubs.
